Purpose

To administer the 3rd Party Distribution programmes within SAB, thereby ensuring contractual and legal compliance, good governance and the ongoing health of the programmes.
Shipment Based Costing accountability; ensuring Owner Driver data integrity; maintenance of rates and allowances and contractual and legal compliance.
BBBEE Compliance managed; quarterly Owner Driver BBBEE submissions and verifications; Distributor BBBEE verifications
Accountability for Owner Driver Health Monitor, including development and implementation of bi-annual centralised compliance audits
Development of an Owner Driver data management system
3rd Party Distributor administration; KPI models, financials, annual awards, scorecard and budget inputs

Qualification

A 3 year qualification (degree) with a commercial bias
Well developed SAP and MS Office skills
Minimum of 5 years operational experience, preferably in a distribution environment.

To manage the execution of Capital Projects at a Regional level following approved project processes to ensure budgets are met,timelines are adhered to, quality of delivery is to specification and business benefit is derived.
To ensure the Capital Budgeting process for the Region results in effective Capin business planning in the form of a Regional 5 year plan and a Capin budget for the next year.
To ensure that all Regional Capin projects are optimised using Capital Optimisation and value Engineering techniques and that the projects business objectives are achieved by using solutions that are both technically and financially optimum.

To ensure Project Risk identification, qualification and Risk Management.
To perform Project Management process governance regionally by performing self audits of a cross section of Regional projects.

Qualification

Degree Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering. (BTech is acceptable with three years additional experience)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Accreditation.
5-10 years Project Management Experience
5 years Engineering experience in maintenance, design, construction & commissioning

Purpose

This position will primarily do SAP CRM development. Responsibilities will include creating new BSP components, modifying existing components to meet business requirements, working with other team members to research and prototype possible technical solutions to meet existing business requirements and working through the process from functional specification through to development, debugging and trouble shooting development issues and researching development bugs within SAP ECC and CRM 7.0 when necessary. The person for this position must be a self starter who has an exceptional ability to solve technical problems and have experience in SAP CRM development. Experience with other SAP ECC technologies including ALE and/or Workflow / Webflow an advantage.

Candidate selected will be expected to perform SAP CRM programming, conduct reviews of functional specifications, develop technical specifications, data mapping, design, development and testing, participate in programming code reviews, meet with Functional Staff to explain program functionality, generate OSS notes, research SAP documentation for fixes to reported problems, adhere to the company’s programming standards and methodologies and maintain technical documentation relating to programs.

Qualification

B. Com / B. Sc or similar degree
5 Years business experience in SAP systems/initiatives
3 Years of package implementation experience
Strong knowledge / understanding of value chain and business processes
Strong knowledge / understanding of IT processes and methodologies
Strong knowledge / understanding of CRM and related applications
Strong knowledge / understanding of Change management methodologies
