Purpose
The JD Group Birthing Talent Strategy is aimed at ensuring a consistent approach of talent in order to meet future needs by targeting students through the Graduate Programmes. The Graduate Programme is a year-long developmental Programme which builds and optimizes talent capacity through learning and developmental practices and opportunities
The Project Management Graduate Programme specifically attracts high-potential graduates. For one year they are placed in a role that leverages their career aspirations, areas of expertise and capability.
Qualification
The JD Group Graduate Programme calls for applications from individuals who are studying towards a Bachelor or a National Diploma qualification in Project Management.
Applicants should have obtained a 60% average for all their modules and they should be able to relate to the following personal characteristics:

Motivational letter
The motivational letter should be a 200 word description of how the applicant has impacted his or her community.
The motivational letter should be accompanied by at least three references of persons who could be contacted with regards to the applicant’s contribution to his or her community
At least one testimonial letter from the references should be accompany the application
CV.
