With our graduate flagship programme we are in a position to offer you the above alternatives.
The journey kicks off with a super induction that provides graduates with in depth insight into the world of banking and how large organisations are structured to work together as a unit. You are then given the opportunity to embark on a learning journey in a specialised field, or to participate in a rotational programme that allows you to gain exposure within various areas of the bank during the first year. This will enable you to gain valuable experience that will stand you in good stead should you wish to move into a managerial position in future.
Nedbank has a proud culture of continuous learning and development. The blended learning approaches we offer will demand that you apply your learning practically in your day-to-day work activities. Learning will focus on developing personal mastery, technical competence and business competence as well as social responsibility.
