Optimise existing systems and processes in the spirit of continuous improvement to enhance delivery on organisation requirements. Actively pursue the exchange and preservation of information between operations and individuals to facilitate effective knowledge management according to organisational objectives. Identify opportunities for process and/or system improvements that will ensure improved service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage internal and external relationships to ensure compliance training standards are upheld business needs are met and employees are satisfied. Identify opportunities for process and/or system improvements that will ensure improved service delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensure customer satisfaction through skills and knowledge transfer including development interventions that will ensure optimal utilisation and system integrity.
Translate the business requirements into application and process requirements for implementation. Oversee the management of the Application Support function through continuous optimisation and the constant monitoring of application and support tasks. Liaise with Corporate HR and BU’s in relation to HR application and support queries and process requirements. Oversee SAP maintenance which incl. evaluating new version upgrades of SAP HR systems processes and delivery channels making recommendations and managing implementations coordinating the development and maintenance of SAP HR and managing SAP support pack implementation. Manage change control on blueprints and procedures. Execute general HR and IT governance controls. Report on all enhancements made. Evaluate the level of system performance.
National Diploma Human Resources Management or Related ( Essential/Minimum )
Certificate SAP R/3 Consultant ( Essential/Minimum )
3-5 years (in total) General HR and sound SAP HR /Saba systems knowledge (Essential/Minimum)
