Purpose
Operation of the Front Office, Concierge, Bell Men and Door Staff,
Supervising of Guest Relations Manager and Night Managers
Accurate check in and check out
Candidate must secure maximum yield in close co-operation with Director of Sales, Revenue Manager and General Manager
Secure the very highest standards in friendly and efficient staff
Recruitment, selection and training of staff
Control & supervision of direct Fidelio billing procedures
Setting & fine-tuning of Front Office procedures
Qualification
Have perfect management abilities and show Yes-I-Can! attitude
Highly motivated
Proven international track-record
Be an excellent trainer and motivator, good team-player
Systems-literate (Fidelio/Opera)
Excellent English
Organised and tidy
Should be currently studying at Hotel School
