Purpose
You will be tasked with maintaining dedicated equipment in the section, supervising Artisans and Maintenance Operators as well as liaising with and managing contractors. Identification and implementation of improvement projects to reduce trade costs and increase production (Alpha) will also form part of your duties.
Qualification
To be successful, you need an N4 with a trade certificate and 5 years’ relevant experience.
Relevant training and experience in SHEQ and mining health and safety is essential, while previous experience in a supervisory capacity, relevant project planning experience and systems training will serve as recommendations.
