Purpose
Responsible for drafting and implementing the BU strategy.
Measure the same and offer monthly and quarterly updates on the above and suggest changes where required.
Implement and maintain a weekly competitor analysis report.
Manage and control the marketing budget and spend
Manage all marketing (products and services) with internal and external partners and service vendors thereby meeting business units objectives by managing outputs effectively to trade and business within agreed budgets and timeframes
Meticulous management & handling of all product & service collateral requirements by Consumer Business Unit inclusive of POS, Product material, marketing material for trade and channel partners, Presentation and Training Materials thereby effecting timely trafficking of all deliverables
Effective Delivery and turnaround of all marketing services whether internal or external support through supply chain
Build strong trade relationships with external channel and satisfy demand as agreed to by Neotel
Ensure that all key deliverables are in place for ATL,BTL,TTL execution to consumer alongside Neotel Brand and Consumer Objectives working closely with Product, Marketing, Channel and sales to assess all requirements as to process and execute
Close liaison with external vendors-advertising agency, production houses, field marketing team internal resources alike
Effective vendor management controlling budgets
Establish solid controls and mechanisms with supply chain in order to meet said outputs
Budgetary control ,Reporting and administration
Qualification
Degree or Diploma-Marketing or equivalent of 5 to 8 years solid relevant experience
Strong Co-ordination Skills
3 to 5 Years Marketing Services within an agency environment coupled with large corporate marketing department Retail Marketing
Traffic and vendor management skills
Strong Management and supply skills experience
Good Budgetary skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Preferably FMCG and/or telco experience
Six Sigma-optional
