Purpose
To align, integrate and operationalise the MTN Group Integrated Performance Framework (IPF) in line with Group strategy, business drivers and enable competence to create a culture of high performance at individual, team and organisational level.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business studies/administration management
5-8 years experience in performance management or human capital management
3-5 years telecommunications or services industry experience
