Purpose
Drive awareness and adherence to our Code of Conduct
Facilitate the embedding of Controls Compliance and Ethics in all functions
Continuously seek opportunities to further raise awareness and embed controls, compliance and ethics in our organization
Responsible for the development and roll-out of compliance and ethics communications and embedding plan in support of the Rock solid controls compliance and ethics strategy
Deliver Controls, Compliance and Ethics induction as well as other compliance and ethics employee engagement interventions with key stakeholders
Coordinate and maintain key policy awareness and roll-out of certification processes, including ACC (Annual certification of Compliance)
Conduct policy awareness audits and develop interventions to address issues
Monitoring and escalation of Compliance & ethics programme progress and issues
Manage change management and communication intervention for process improvement projects
Continuously seek opportunities to further raise awareness and embed controls, compliance and ethics in our organization
Qualification
Post Matric qualification
Professional qualification in Legal, Audit, Accounting or Risk Management
Understanding of the alcohol and/or other highly regulated and challenging industries – including the FMCG environment
Proven ability to manage projects and facilitate business change
Min 4 years Corporate Relations, Compliance or Legal experience
Exceptional people, networking and communication skills
PC literate but particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Problem solving and analysis.
Track record of consistent delivery and service excellence
Ability to constructively challenge current and proposed business practice.
Well-developed knowledge of business processes design.
Ability to prioritise when faced with conflicting demands.
