After digitising and modernising the network, we opened our Network Operations Centre to monitor and manage it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Then we branched out into internet services, managed data networking, data hosting, IT security and virtual private network services.
Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of Telkom Foundation operations, including people and projects to ensure that the Foundation delivers on its mandate of contributing meaningfully to bettering people’s lives.
Qualification
A relevant 3 year degree/diploma (NQF level 7), with 8 years experience of which 3 are in managerial environment. Must have experience in prior charity or NGO sector. Must be fluent in English and one other African language.
Special requirements:
Willing to travel.
A solid understanding and experience of the Corporate Social Investment landscape and sustainability issues.
