Purpose
To plan, direct and ensure the successful management of designed business solutions utilizing the complete resources of the project management office.
To maintain excellent communication with stakeholders both within and across organisation to ensure smooth running of all projects within their portfolio.
Have expert experience in project management practices and disciplines as well as an understanding of Human Resources.
Advises Human Resources Heads/leadership and /or business executives about the project portfolio, status and resource planning for delivering strategic human resources initiatives.
Act as liaison and provide leadership for Human Resources team. Ability to see, account for, and coach others in the ‘big picture” as well as the details and to be able to tie initiatives to business goals.
Coordinates and manages implementation of projects to ensure that projects are completed within a committed time and scope.
Ensures functionally in integrated with other human resources applications and processes.
Facilitates the process between Human Resources implementation and Centre of Expertise to ensure improved client relationships within the business.
Foster a communication method and process across the CIB Human Resources.
Ensure alignment of Human Resources efforts with business needs.
Develops, build and maintains relationships with the Business and HR Community in their respective region/s.
Full understand the dynamics, trends and needs of the respective region/s.
Develop a support network in their respective region/s who will assist in the implementation of the various projects which will be driven by CIB and Group HR Strategy.
Identify change agents/champion in their respective region/s – who will assist in changes interventions.
Up skill the HRBP Community on new projects dynamics.
Update weekly project documentation for review and discussion.
Support of standards, processes and procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team and to work effectively with other Human Resources Teams.
Qualification
10 – 15 years working experience
3 – 5 years in an HR environment
2 – 3 years in a Project Management environment
