Responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the BMW Motorrad dealer network.
Resolve technical concerns from the dealer network, customer contact centre, field operations, warranty department
Field assistance with diagnostics & repairs to special case motorcycles from dealer/customers.
Monitor dealer staff ability to resolve technical matters in an efficient manner.
Assist with Warranty technical decisions on claims.
Ensure that dealers are up to date with the latest data available for the workshop diagnostic systems.
Post Grade 12 education or equivalent
Trade qualification certificate (scooter/motorcycle)
BMW Certified Motorrad Technician
Eperience in the motor industry – technical/ diagnostics field
Diagnostic and programming systems knowledge
